The Marae Experience...

We had a wonderful experience of making our own Marae as well as experiencing the real thing. Below are some movies we made and photos we took at the Marae.

A snippet of Postive Assembly

Every Friday morning we enjoy coming as a school together and sharing our achievements.  We have a prize box for people whose names get pulled out of a positive box.  It's very exciting if your name gets pulled out of the box.  

The other very special thing we do is give out a 'Toolkit' award.  There is usually one or two special people who have been acknowledged by celebrating their learning.

Parents are very welcome to join us at Positive Assembly any week.
The assembly starts at 9.10 and goes for approximately 35 minutes.

We have been learning about how caterpillars change into butterflies.  This process is called Metamorphosis...
